Destiny Coaching and Consulting's Principals

  • Cynthia Azali-Rojas has over 20 years experience in the nonprofit and social justice sectors. She is a certified professional coach and a trained community organizer that has worked in Adult ESL, the environmental and climate justice movements, building coalitions in South Los Angeles, supporting Native American sovereignty through a voter registration effort in California and as a facilitator and trainer. Most recently she is the capacity building team lead for the Ready to Rise initiative which provides coaching and organizational development support to 49 nonprofits in LA County who serve BIPOC, houseless, LGBTQ and systems-involved youth from a holistic, community-centered approach.

  • Damon Gbuduala Azali-Rojas is a certified professional coach and coach trainer that supports Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) social justice leaders to heal, self-actualize and be free. Leading from a mindset of abundance and choice, Damon utilizes coaching, training and other trauma-informed healing modalities to advance the cultivation of love of self, community, and the planet.

    After over a decade of community organizing, Damon supported the anti-domestic violence movement and multiple Boys and Men of Color organizing projects as a consultant, strategist and leadership coach. He is the Co-director of Coaching for Healing, Justice and Liberation which is an anti-oppression professional coaching school for social justice movement leaders as well as Coaching for Healing and Non-Violence, a 7-month program that teaches coaching skills to men inside California State Prison, Los Angeles County.
